A WARM WELCOME
As 2024 draws to a close, we’re delighted to share exciting updates about the remarkable growth of the Madd family. This year has been filled with achievements, made possible by the dedication and hard work of our incredible team. As we look ahead to a bigger and brighter 2025, we’re thrilled to welcome new talent and continue building a supportive and high-performing environment.
This December, we’ve been fortunate to welcome some outstanding new team members:
• Deanna has joined the Madd Team as our new Finance Manager and will work closely with George and Tia.
• Hannah, now part of the Madd Life team as a Client Services Officer, brings a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Yejun, our newest Credit Analyst, has joined the Loans team, bringing fresh perspective and enthusiasm as he begins his journey in the role.
These talented professionals have already begun making an impact since joining us earlier this month. Ending the year on such a positive note sets the stage for what’s to come—starting with more new faces joining the Madd family in January.
EXPANDING THE TEAM
As we prepare for another year of growth, we’re seeking talented individuals for key roles to support our clients and achieve our business goals:
• Credit Analysts: We’re seeking detail-oriented problem-solvers to join our Loans team. If you have a passion for analysing data, working with numbers, and helping clients on their journey to financial freedom, this role is your opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.
• Financial Planner: This exciting new role focuses on helping clients achieve their version of a “Madd Life”—a fulfilling and financially secure future. As part of our Financial Planning team, you’ll craft tailored strategies and provide expert advice to empower clients to protect their wealth and confidently secure their long-term financial goals.
