This year’s Christmas party was unforgettable! We spent the day at Tangalooma Island, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying beach activities, swimming, and relaxing by the water as we reflected on the year we’ve had. A delicious lunch and a few drinks provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate what an amazing year it’s been. Spending time together outside the office reminded us of everything we’ve accomplished and reinforced the importance of celebrating our successes.
Christmas Traditions
The Power Wall is a Madd tradition we all look forward to. Everyone writes a little note for their teammates, whether it’s a thank-you for something specific or just a kind message. It’s amazing to see how much appreciation and positivity flows through the team!
Of course, there was also gift-giving, which added even more fun to the celebrations. It’s always special to take a step back and focus on the little things we appreciate about each other—a tradition that really highlights the unique culture we’ve built at Madd.
To cap it all off, we hosted our annual Christmas BBQ, inviting our lender partners, BDMs, and key industry friends who have supported us throughout the year. It’s our way of saying a big “THANK YOU” to the people who work so hard behind the scenes to help us deliver the quick and successful outcomes Madd is known for. The BBQ was filled with great food, laughter and plenty of Madd beers. It was the perfect chance to unwind, connect and reflect on the partnerships we’re so grateful for. The atmosphere was relaxed and full of gratitude—exactly what we hoped for as we showed our appreciation for the relationships that make all the difference.
As we pack away the decorations and gear up for 2025, we’re reminded of how important it is to take time to celebrate.
