With 6 years of working within the film industry, Liam has a passion for showcasing and storytelling. His expertise in media capture, both video and photo, and a diverse knowledge in marketing and strategy allow Liam to utilise these skills across all platforms of social media and broadcasting, which gives Madd Loans its voice and social footprint. Whether it is event capture, cinematic interviews or trendy TikToks, Liam is always there with a camera in hand and a smile on his face.
Finance Manager
As the Finance Manager for Madd, Deanna brings a happy, bubbly personality to the office while ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. With a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Queensland and now a qualified BAS Agent, Deanna has a decade of experience in business and bookkeeping and now applies her expertise at Madd.
Compliance Manager
Sandy has over 10 years’ experience in compliance related roles, having previously worked for Deloitte, KPMG, Ernest and Young, Commonwealth Bank and AMP for both private and government clients, including global companies. She has a degree in Business Management, majoring in Economics from the University of Queensland. Additionally, she is Regulatory Guide 146 (RG146) qualified and has a Diploma of Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, specialising in Self-Managed Super Funds and Tax from Monarch Institute. Sandy is devoted to achieving client objectives by safeguarding each process to be managed with integrity, transparency and strict adherence to regulations for a safer path to success.

Costa Demetriou brings a calm, considered approach to helping clients secure the right home loan. Holding a dual degree in Law and Commerce (Accounting), he’s a natural problem-solver who takes the time to truly understand each client’s needs. Whether it’s a first home or an investment property, Costa makes the process feel clear and straightforward from start to finish.

Dan brings a thoughtful, client-first approach to his role as Senior Credit Analyst. With a background in hospitality and a degree in Business Management and Property Economics from the University of Queensland, he combines strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of the property market. Dan is passionate about supporting clients through the lending process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Having bought his first home at 20 before working in the industry, he knows the value of clear communication and being empowered through financial understanding when facing such a major milestone.
