First up, we’re hiring a Compliance Manager to help us maintain our high standards across the board. This is a detail-focused role, perfect for someone who’s great with systems, loves problem-solving and can confidently guide others to stay on track.

Next, we’re looking for a Receptionist–Concierge — the welcoming face of Madd and the person who keeps our front-of-house running like clockwork. It’s all about first impressions and we’re after someone who brings warmth, energy and organisation to every day.

And finally, we’re searching for a Director of First Impressions (DOFI), a key part-time role that plays a vital part in shaping the client journey from day one. This role is all about creating the ultimate customer experience — making every client feel welcomed, supported and confident from the very first interaction. You’ll help ensure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both the team and our clients with care, efficiency and a friendly touch.
